Instructions for downloading template labels did not work – the printerr didn’t install correctly on any of the three computers I tried, so the update software required for templates download does not work.

Each tape is 8m Warranty 3 year back to base warranty upon registration. I am so used to the big clunky labelers that are such a pain to load and type, but this has been such a great change!

The only downside, is that obviously it can only print in the colour of the tape being used at the time. See any errors on this page? I would recommend it over and over.
