Remove the rear access door. Contact HP Support to schedule a repair or replacement. Not sure which drivers to choose? Load paper Open the top cover. Up to 14 ppm Up to 9 ppm using 6 ink. Insert the right side of the door into the rear of the product, and then push the door inward until it snaps into place.

The print side, or shiny side, of the paper is not loaded in the tray face down. When the issue is resolved, you can resume loading paper according to the paper tray capacity specifications for your product.
